HOA Board Meeting - June 4th 2026
HOA Board meeting was held with the board finalizing ongoing responsibilities with Marieke Schuurs as President, Sandy Erickson as Secretary, Jim Abbassian as Treasurer and Louie Webber as Complience & Communication.
Celebrating Our Outgoing Board Members - June 3rd 2026
We want to extend our deepest gratitude to our departing board members: Carol Donaldson and Joe Lipska.Serving on the HOA board is a volunteer position that requires commitment, time, patience, and dedication. Over their tenure, they have worked tirelessly behind the scenes to keep our community beautiful and financially sound. Thank you both!
Yard Debris Dumpster - May 1st - 3rd 2026
A successful Spring Yard Debris Dumpster Weekend was held for recyclable yard debris and clippings to all HOA members.
Morning Hill Island Improvements - May 15th 2026
The Morning Hill Island was refreshed with a new layer of bark dust.

The Morning Hill HOA is a non-profit organization created to support a neighborhood of 66 amazing homes in Tigard, Oregon. The Morning Hill HOA was created on January 22nd 1979.
